Job Details

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and ensuring profitability within the assigned market segment. The role requires market research, lead generation, client acquisition, proposal management, and relationship building to achieve sales targets in alignment with Dhofar Global’s vision, mission, and values. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Business Development • Generate new business leads through market research, networking, and client outreach. • Establish and maintain contact with prospective clients and markets to expand sales coverage. • Prepare annual contracts and proposals in line with company standards and procedures. • Attend trade exhibitions, events, and client meetings to represent the company and expand market presence. Client Relationship Management • Develop and maintain long-term trusted relationships with clients to understand their requirements. • Provide technical support, product knowledge, and relevant guidance to clients. • Introduce clients to new products, promotions, and the full product range. • Deliver professional customer service follow-up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Pricing & Negotiation • Monitor competitor pricing strategies and customer expectations. • Provide accurate, competitive pricing while adhering to company guidelines to maximize profit margins. • Conduct credit checks and ensure proper documentation before recommending clients for credit agreements. Reporting & Coordination • Submit regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales activities, proposals, client visits, and progress updates. • Work closely with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Marketing) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. • Maintain proper documentation including contracts, registration forms, and credit application processes. Compliance & Policies • Follow all company policies, procedures, and ethical codes of conduct. • Ensure compliance with documentation, credit approval workflows, and payment terms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or business development. • B2B sales and business development within trading or FMCG. • Exposure to contract negotiations, proposal management, and client relationship management. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Effective time management and organizational abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM systems. • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
