Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: UAE
Job Summary:
A skilled Land Surveyor is required to perform accurate land measurements and provide reliable data to support construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves using modern surveying equipment such as GPS and Total Station to ensure precise field data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct field surveys using GPS, Total Station, and other modern surveying instruments
- Perform accurate land measurements and site assessments
- Collect, analyze, and interpret survey data for project planning
- Prepare detailed site plans, maps, drawings, and survey reports
- Ensure all measurements meet project specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams
- Mark boundaries and reference points on project sites
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration
- Assist in resolving site-related technical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Essential Qualifications:- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in land surveying (UAE/Gulf experience preferred)
- Proven experience in construction or infrastructure projects
Required Skills:- Strong knowledge of GPS and Total Station surveying
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, survey software)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
