Job description
Job Purpose
Deliver driver awareness sessions and operational training across stations, accommodations, and training sites. Provide system, safety, and route-related instruction while coordinating with maintenance teams and suppliers for training resources. Support driver development activities, surveys, and professional training programs in alignment with approved plans.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategy
• Contribute to annual professional training plans by delivering required training modules within approved timelines.
• Support approved training programs by internationally accredited bodies through compliant delivery of assigned content.
Operations
• Deliver short awareness programs through station and accommodation visits.
• Provide training on AVM system programming, CCTV usage, and workplace management.
• Offer basic mechanical knowledge to drivers for pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Conduct training on new service changes, route familiarization, and operational updates.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Department and suppliers to secure training vehicles and resources.
• Conduct surveys on driver opinions related to operations and social issues.
• Deliver foundational, supplementary, and rehabilitation training programs for public bus drivers in line with approved plans.
Product/Process Improvement
• Provide feedback from surveys and sessions to support improvements in driver training content and implementation.
Physical Working Conditions
• Frequent on-site sessions at stations, accommodations, depots, and training facilities.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High school, preferred: Diploma degree in education, training & development, Transportation Studies or Traffic Safety
0-1 years in case of High School, preferred: 2-3 years of experience
Preferred: Trainer certification, Driving assessor certification
