We are partnering with an established investment firm based in DIFC, Dubai, currently expanding its Private Banking and Wealth Management platform.
The firm provides a comprehensive suite of investment solutions across discretionary portfolio management, structured products, corporate finance, and cross-border wealth structuring.
This opportunity is tailored for senior bankers looking to transition from traditional banking environments into a more entrepreneurial, performance-driven platform with strong long-term upside.
You will be responsible for developing and managing your own client portfolio, leveraging the firm’s platform, product offering, and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and growing a portfolio of HNW / UHNW clients
• Driving new client acquisition and revenue generation
• Delivering tailored investment solutions across asset classes
• Building a sustainable and scalable client franchise
Compensation
• Fixed salary
• Highly attractive revenue-sharing model (up to 50% of net generated revenue)
• Significant long-term earning potential based on performance
Profile Requirements
• 10–20+ years of experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management
• Proven track record with HNW / UHNW clients
• Existing portable client book (mandatory)
• Strong international / offshore exposure
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial drive
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai
