Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is to lead and manage the digital presence of assigned brands across social media, websites, and performance channels. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and analysing marketing campaigns across digital platforms. Daily tasks include managing social media accounts, overseeing web content creation, tracking web analytics, and spearheading strategies to enhance brand visibility and growth in a competitive market. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and monitoring the performance of campaigns to optimize marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the Marketing Head, this role requires a proactive, commercially minded, and hands-on individual who can turn strategy into strong digital execution across brand-building and conversion-driving touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:Manage social media platforms for assigned brands, including content calendars, posting, community management, and performance tracking Work closely with brand teams to develop digital content aligned with brand positioning, campaign priorities, and business needs Oversee website management, including content updates, product uploads, landing pages, and ongoing optimization Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across key platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Collaborate with e-commerce and sales teams to drive traffic, improve conversion, and support online business growth across key platforms Monitor digital trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities, and proactively recommend new ideas and initiatives Track KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and turn insights into clear actions for improvement
Qualifications, Experience & Skillset:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing Experience managing multiple brands and projects simultaneously Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Paid Campaign Optimization) Experience in Website Management and CMS platforms such as Shopify Good understanding of E-Commerce fundamentals, including traffic, conversion, ROAS, and digital funnels Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform dashboards FMCG or consumer brand experience is preferred GCC market experience is a plus Experience in social commerce is a plus
