We are seeking a highly client-focused Service Manager to support Relationship Managers in delivering a seamless and premium experience to HNW and UHNW clients. This role plays a critical part in client servicing, onboarding, compliance, and operational support, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities Client Servicing & Relationship Support Act as a key point of contact for client servicing requests, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution. Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in managing HNW/UHNW client relationships. Ensure a seamless and personalized client experience across all touchpoints. Handle client queries related to accounts, transactions, and banking services. Onboarding & Account Management Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including account opening and documentation. Ensure all onboarding processes are completed accurately and within defined timelines. Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth account setup and maintenance. KYC / AML & Compliance Ensure full adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements. Conduct periodic reviews and updates of client profiles and documentation. Maintain audit-ready records and ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE regulations. Liaise with compliance teams to resolve any onboarding or documentation issues. Operational & RM Support Provide day-to-day operational support to Relationship Managers. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, compliance, product teams) for efficient service delivery. Assist in execution of client transactions and requests. Track and follow up on pending tasks to ensure closure within TAT. Process Improvement & Efficiency Identify opportunities to improve client servicing processes and turnaround times. Contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.5–15 years of experience in banking, wealth management, or financial services. Exposure to HNW/UHNW client segments is essential. UAE banking experience preferred; DIFC exposure is a strong advantage. Female candidates only
