Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced sales manager to lead our sales operations in the large format digital printing sector.
The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a network of relevant clients, and the ability to drive sales growth in a competitive trading environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in large format digital printers and related consumables.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the printing industry, signage shops, and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure competitive pricing and product availability.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior management.
- Oversee key account management and negotiate high-value deals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of general sales experience.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the printing or signage industry, preferably in trading.
- Strong understanding of large format digital printers (e.g., eco-solvent, UV, dye sublimation) and related products.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Valid UAE driving license and car is necessary.
