Job Summary The Human Resources Executive will support the HR function across all brands under RIKAS Hospitality Group, ensuring smooth execution of HR operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, compliance with UAE labor laws, and supporting the overall employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and head office roles Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs
2. Employee Relations Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns Support disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution Maintain positive employee engagement across all outlets
3. HR Operations & Administration Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases Handle visa processing, labor contracts, and government documentation (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.) Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
4. Performance Management Assist in performance appraisal cycles Support managers in setting KPIs and tracking employee performance Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives
5. Policies & Compliance Ensure all HR practices align with UAE labor regulations Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or F&BStrong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment Proficiency in MS Office; HR software experience is a plus
Preferred Skills Experience in restaurant or hospitality group operations Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
