The Role

We are looking for a passionate, presentable, and customer-focused female Sales Associate to join our small, friendly team. You will be the face of Gloé — delivering personalized skincare recommendations, creating memorable shopping moments, and helping every customer leave with their glow.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, knowledgeable consultations and product recommendations
• Achieve daily sales targets with confidence and care
• Maintain beautiful product displays and a luxurious store environment
• Stay updated on K-beauty trends and new arrivals
• Deliver the “Glow with Gloé” experience every single day

Working Hours

• Weekdays: 6-hour shifts (incl. 30-min break)
• Weekends: 7-hour shifts (incl. 30-min break)
• One full-day shift per week (12 hours incl. 1-hour break)
• One day off per week (Monday or Tuesday rotation)

Skills

• Minimum 1–2 years retail sales experience (cosmetics/skincare is a big advantage)
• Fluent in Arabic (English is a plus)
• Warm, confident, and genuinely passionate about beauty & self-care
• Presentable, reliable, and team-oriented
• Basic computer skills (POS, inventory, WhatsApp)
