We are inviting internal applications for the role of Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving the performance of a team of advisors, ensuring achievement of sales targets, high productivity, and strong compliance standards.

 

What you will do 

 

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of advisors
  • Drive sales performance against defined targets and KPIs
  • Monitor call quality, productivity, and conversion ratios
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of advisors
  • Prepare and review MIS, performance reports, and action plans
  • Foster a high‑energy, performance‑driven team culture

 

Skills

Required Skills to be successful

 

  • Open to all existing advisors within the organization, with at least 1 year of completed service.
  • Proven sales performance and strong communication skills
  • Mandatory: Valid UAE driving license and own car
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people‑management capabilities
