About the Role: At our client, we engineer architectural light and deliver bespoke glass and steel solutions for Dubai's most prestigious projects. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Glass Technician/Installer to lead our on site execution. This is a critical leadership role for a hands-on technical expert. You will act as the crucial link between our engineering designs and the final flawless physical installation at the client’s site. You must possess an obsessive eye for detail, deep technical knowledge of aluminum and glass systems, and the ability to lead a site team efficiently to meet strict project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities: • Precision Measurement: Conduct flawless final site surveys and precise measurements to ensure bespoke systems fit perfectly within structural openings. • Technical Procurement: Analyze site conditions and architectural requirements to generate highly accurate material procurement lists (Bill of Materials) prior to fabrication. • Master Installation: Execute the flawless installation of premium architectural systems, including bespoke glass partitions, slim aluminum sliding doors, frameless windows, architectural mirrors, and luxury shower glass enclosures. • Site Leadership: Take full ownership of the site, directing junior installers and laborers to ensure the project is completed to the highest aesthetic standard in the minimum required time.
Experience & Requirements:• Minimum 3 to 5 Years of active UAE experience specifically in the installation of architectural glass, aluminum systems, and bespoke partitions. • Deep understanding of site safety, leveling, structural sealing, and handling heavy/fragile premium materials. • Strong ability to read technical drawings and translate them into physical reality. • Excellent time management and on-site leadership skills.
Compensation & Benefits: • Monthly Salary: AED 2,800 • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a week). • Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM. • Overtime Pay: Calculated at your standard hourly rate for any work conducted after 5:00 PM. • Late Shift Allowance: An additional AED 10 dinner allowance is provided for overtime extending past 9:00 PM. • Transportation: Provided by the company (to and from site/accommodation). • Visa & Labor Card: Fully sponsored and provided by the company. • Probationary Period: 2 Months.
