Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies for sustainable company growth. The Business Development Manager will lead sales efforts, collaborate with the design and execution teams to meet client needs, and represent Asterix Kraftworks in client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management Strong leadership, negotiation, and networking abilities Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company sales targets Excellent communication and presentation skills Knowledge of the interiors, exhibitions, or fabrication industry is a strong advantage Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Willingness to work on-site and collaborate closely with various internal teams
