I'm the founder of Wood & Paper Trading, a Dubai-based trading company importing wood-based materials — plywood, lumber, veneer, and packaging — from CIS manufacturers for GCC and MENA markets. We're a young company just getting started, building our client base across the region from the ground up.
I need someone hungry to join early and drive outreach and sales as our first dedicated sales hire. The Role I'm looking for a self-driven sales professional to find and engage new clients across the GCC and MENA region. You'll be the first point of contact for potential buyers — contractors, distributors, and traders in the construction and wood products industry.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential clients (contractors, distributors, retailers) in UAE, KSA, and MENA
- Conduct cold outreach via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and phone calls (calling is a core part of the role)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads in Apollo CRM
- Schedule meetings and product presentations with the Managing Director
- Follow up on quotes and proposals sent to prospects
- Gather market intelligence: competitor pricing, demand trends, new projects
- Maintain organized records of all client interactions
