Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordinator
Support sales team with quotations, documentation, and client follow-ups
Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and execution
Junior Software Developer
Assist in developing and maintaining applications
Support debugging, testing, and documentation
Collaborate with team members on development tasks
Service Desk Engineer
Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
Log and track tickets, escalating issues when required
Assist in system setup, user accounts, and IT onboarding
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in:
Business Administration (for Sales Coordinator)
Computer Science / IT (for Developer & Service Desk roles)
0–1 year of experience (freshers are encouraged to apply)
Basic knowledge relevant to the chosen role:
MS Office / coordination skills (Sales)
Programming basics (Developer)
IT support fundamentals (Service Desk)
Good communication and willingness to learn
