Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement maintenance schedules for critical systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Conduct regular inspections of facility infrastructure, identifying and addressing potential safety hazards proactively.
Oversee the operation of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Manage facility improvement projects from conception to completion, coordinating with contractors and vendors effectively.
Utilize building management systems to monitor and control facility operations remotely, ensuring real-time responsiveness.
Develop and maintain accurate documentation of facility layouts, equipment specifications, and maintenance records.
Lead troubleshooting efforts for system failures, employing systematic approaches to diagnose and resolve issues swiftly.
Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the facility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align facility operations with organizational goals and enhance overall productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, with a strong foundation in facility management principles.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in facilities engineering, with a proven track record in managing complex facilities.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) are highly desirable.
- Experience in the commercial or industrial sector, with familiarity in managing large-scale facilities.
- Preference for candidates with experience in energy management and sustainability initiatives.
- Proficient in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) for facility planning.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to facility management, with a strong focus on improving operational efficiency.
- Physical ability to perform site inspections and oversee maintenance tasks, including lifting and moving equipment as necessary.
