Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform “stock count” and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to the plan

• Execute daily inventory counts and reconcile if the actual count differs.

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of the count

• End-to-End Activity of the Stock count process (Plan, Execution, Analysis & Control)

• Oversee the complete inventory activities of the Retails and Supply chain (WH Level) according to company guidelines

• Perform Inventory counts as per the assigned plan to ensure the correct number of stock availability against system records

• Team management and train/ guide the team for accurate & Smooth stock count activity

• Review documentation and monitor records to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity

  discrepancies between system and manual records

• Perform the Scan to count, count to recount & recount to scan activities to minimize the errors

• Complete the activity as per the assigned timeline and handover the location as per standards to Retail /WH

• Generate, prepare and finalized the inventory reports, Share the report to the Retail/ WH team for validation and signoff as per timelines

• Complete the signoff/ reviews as per company SOPs

• Maintain positive relationships with Retail, Warehouse & other department teams

• Ensure proper coordination and communication with the stockholders for an effective stock count & other Activities and process

• Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs

• Maintained the end-to-end records (Communication, Checklist Feedback, Signoff documents, etc.) for all the assigned task

• Support other department requirements/ task & ensure 100% completion on the task as per the timeline

• Ensure to maintain time discipline and bring new learning for On-floor activity.

• Time management of the team and self for both office and out-locations.

• To bring improvement in day-to-day working so that smooth flow of work is ensured and efficiency is built.

• Able to work continuous night shift & travel to another country as per requirement periods as per

  requirements

• Plan to develop a new effective way of working and implementing the same among the team members.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field

• 1–3years’ experience in inventory control, stock auditing, stock counting, warehouse or retail operations

• Hands-on experience in physical stock counts, cycle counts, reconciliation, and variance analysis

• Knowledge of ERP/D3565 systems and strong Excel skills

• Experience handling end-to-end stock count activities (planning, execution, reporting, sign-off)

• Ability to supervise and guide counting teams

• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability

• Good coordination and communication with retail, warehouse, and cross-functional teams

• Able to meet strict timelines and maintain accurate documentation

• Willing to work night shifts and travel as required
