You will work within a specialised team offering a comprehensive range of financial and insurance solutions to both new and existing clients.

Training & Development
You will benefit from structured mentorship provided by experienced Sales Managers, supporting your ability to:
- Build networks and develop client relationships
- Understand client needs and objectives
- Deliver suitable and effective financial solutions
The in-house Training & Development team will also support you in achieving Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications, providing a pathway toward Sales Management and long-term career progression.
Desired Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements
- UAE Resident
- Proven experience in financial services, investment advisory, or insurance sales
- Ideally currently operating within the Dubai market
- Fluent in English with the ability to engage confidently in diverse social and professional settings

Applicants should have a minimum of three (1) years client-facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory experience.
