We are a fast-growing Dubai-based company expanding our workforce through international hiring channels. To support our growth, we are looking for a results-driven PRO who can take full ownership of overseas recruitment operations and build reliable labor supply pipeline, from sourcing and agency coordination to visa processing and worker onboarding — with a strong focus on Bangladesh and Nepal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage overseas recruitment processes, especially from Bangladesh and Nepal
• Liaise with recruitment agencies, labor suppliers, intermediaries, and candidates in source countries
• Source, screen, and assist in interviewing candidates
• Handle visa processing, work permits, and all related government documentation
• Monitor recruitment timelines, costs, and efficiency, and continuously improve processes
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations
• Manage employee onboarding procedures and documentation upon arrival
• Maintain relationships with external agencies and government authorities
• Track recruitment pipelines and provide regular updates to management
• Proven experience as a PRO or Recruitment Coordinator in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and immigration procedures
• Deep understanding of the recruitment workflows in Bangladesh (BMET clearances) and Nepal (Department of Foreign Employment protocols)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Hindi, Bengali, Nepali) are a plus
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
