Job Details

Job description

  • s(Windows/macOS laptops, desktops, mobile devices).
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, business applications (Microsoft 365, G-Suite, etc.), and specialized software.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Support and troubleshoot endpoint security solutions, including Zscaler client connectivity and security policies.
  • Address antivirus-related incidents and alerts on endpoints and servers.
  • Set up and support audio/video equipment for meetings and presentations.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.



System, Security & Patch Management

  • Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and health checks of IT systems and endpoints.
  • Assist with administration of core services including email, file servers, backups, and security tools.
  • Manage and support server-based antivirus solutions such as Trend Micro, including monitoring alerts, troubleshooting infections, and ensuring signature updates.
  • Ensure Windows OS patching and updates are applied to desktops, laptops, and servers in line with security and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor patch compliance and remediate failed or missing updates.
  • Support VPN and secure remote access connectivity using enterprise solutions such as Zscaler.
  • Ensure all IT activities follow organizational security policies and best practices.


Asset & Lifecycle Management

  • Manage IT asset inventory including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of hardware and software.
  • Image, configure, and harden new laptops and workstations for employee onboarding.
  • Ensure antivirus, security agents, and Windows updates are installed before device handover.
  • Support IT offboarding processes by securing data, disabling access, and retrieving assets.



Skills

Experience

  • 4–5+ years of experience in a similar IT support or desktop support role.


Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server environments, and macOS.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Hands-on experience with Zscaler Secure Access / Zscaler Client Connector for endpoint security and remote access.
  • Experience managing antivirus solutions, specifically Trend Micro (server-based and endpoint protection).
  • Strong understanding of Windows patch management, updates, and security hardening.
  • Solid understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD user administration.
  • Hardware troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
