Create, edit, and publish content across all key social media platformsLead the growth of channels using organic, results-driven strategiesIdentify and act quickly on trends to maximise reach and engagementPlan and manage a consistent, high-quality content pipelineCollaborate closely with videographers and photographers on content deliveryMonitor performance metrics and optimise content accordinglyUse AI and digital tools to enhance efficiency and creativity


Profile
Proven experience growing social media accounts, particularly YouTubeStrong understanding of what drives high performing and viral contentHands-on experience with content creation and editingHighly organised with excellent planning and time management skillsStrong visual awareness and attention to brand standardsProactive, adaptable, and comfortable working at paceConfident managing end-to-end content publishing independently
