We are hiring a Premium Concierge with Russian and/or Arabic language proficiency to manage community administration and concierge services for VIPs and premium guests. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and a strong luxury service orientation. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Act as the dedicated point of contact for VIP and premium residents/guests, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
Handle community administration matters including access coordination, service requests, permits, and issue resolution.
Deliver personalized concierge support tailored to individual VIP preferences and expectations.
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion while handling high-profile clients.
Track, follow up, and close service requests to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Assist with premium events, special arrangements, and bespoke guest requirements as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluency in Russian and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
2–5 years of experience in concierge services, community administration, guest relations, luxury hospitality, or a similar role.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Professional presence with a polished and service-oriented demeanor.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, VIP-focused environment.
Working knowledge of MS Office; experience with CRM or community management systems is an advantage.
