Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support PMO leads in tracking SAP project plans, milestones, and deliverables

  • Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and status reports

  • Assist in preparing weekly project status reports and presentations

  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes (MoM), and track action items

  • Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and follow up for updates

  • Support documentation management (project charters, scope docs, change requests)

  • Track resource allocation and timesheets

  • Assist in financial tracking (basic budget vs actual updates)

  • Ensure project data is updated in tools like MS Project, Jira, or Excel trackers

  • Support communication between functional, technical, and business teams

  • Help enforce basic governance and compliance standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. 2-8 years of experience in PMO / Project Coordination (SAP exposure preferred)

  2. Basic understanding of SAP landscape (e.g., S/4HANA, FI, MM, SD – high level)

  3. Familiarity with project lifecycle and methodologies (Waterfall/Agile basics)

  4. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (very important)

  5. Good communication and coordination skills

  6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

  7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up proactively

  8. Exposure to tools like MS Project, Jira, or similar is a plus

  9. PMP/PRINCE2 foundation certification is an advantage (not mandatory)
