Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – Microsoft Azure with a strong background in banking and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level applications, integrations, and cloud solutions across multiple banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage enterprise application architecture for digital banking platforms, including internet banking and corporate websites.

  • Lead cloud architecture and infrastructure design on Microsoft Azure, including networking, VPNs, and private endpoints.

  • Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

  • Handle API integrations with core banking systems using tools such as IBM APIC and ESB.

  • Oversee Sitecore CMS and SharePoint implementations, migrations, and administration.

  • Manage application lifecycle including development, testing, deployment, and production rollout.

  • Ensure application security, vulnerability management, and compliance using tools like Veracode.

  • Drive cloud migration initiatives (on-premise to Azure / Microsoft 365 / CRM).

  • Design and manage Disaster Recovery (DR) and high availability solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business process automation using Nintex and Power Platform.

  • Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and governance standards.

  • Support Agile development practices, code reviews, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage networking, firewall configurations, and secure communication between systems.


Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development and architecture.

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and Power Platform.

  • Experience with API integrations (IBM APIC, ESB, REST APIs).

  • Knowledge of Sitecore CMS and SharePoint (2013/2019 migration & administration).

  • Familiarity with Docker, microservices architecture, and modern DevOps practices.

  • Strong understanding of application security, vulnerability management, and compliance.

  • Experience in banking or financial services domain (mandatory).

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Nintex Forms and Workflows.

  • Exposure to BoardVantage or similar enterprise applications.

  • Certifications in Microsoft Azure (AZ-303, AZ-304, or equivalent).

  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
