Focus: Sourcing and vetting high-level IT engineering talent.
● The Visiontech Context: Your role is to find "tech enthusiasts" who hold specific certifications like CCIE, HCIE, or Azure/AWS Cloud Architects.
● Key Responsibilities:
○ Niche Sourcing: Hunt for specialists in Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, and AI solutions within the Middle East and India markets.
○ Technical Vetting: Work closely with the CTO to understand specific certification requirements and project-based hiring needs.
○ Employer Branding: Market Visiontech as a "next-gen technology leader" to attract top-tier talent in a competitive Dubai market.
○ Pipeline Management: Maintain a ready-to-deploy pool of contract and full-time engineers for rapid project scaling.
● Top Requirement: Proven track record in IT recruitment with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and infrastructure roles.
Desired Candidate Profile
English, Hindi and spoken Arabic ( Added advantage) being multilingual
HRIS and digital communication tools for internal process digitization and processes.
