Job description
·Providing technical advice and expertise to HR management and organizational unit officials on topics related to measuring organizational unit productivity, as well as job design and evaluation.
·Preparing and updating the succession planning plan.
·Developing mechanisms and plans for talent management.
·Preparing and updating methodologies and regulations related to mobile phone allowance and remote work.
·Studying requests received from organizational units regarding the creation of new positions and workforce outsourcing.
·Rotating and transferring employees, arranging the provision of a light vehicle, and submitting recommendations accordingly in line with approved work plans and programs.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
- Major: Administrative Sciences – Human Resources Management
- Experience: 4 years or more
