Roles & Responsibilities


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations for luggage, handbags, and fashion accessories. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, proven sales leadership experience, and the ability to drive revenue growth while building long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence.

  • Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and retail partners across UAE and GCC markets.

  • Manage and lead the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and retailers

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the luggage and fashion accessories sector.

  • Plan and execute product promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales strategies.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients

  • Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and brand positioning

  • Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales within luggage, handbags, fashion accessories, or related retail industry.

  • Strong network within UAE retail and distribution channels is highly preferred.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
