Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control plans tailored to site or factory operations to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of materials, components, and finished products, utilizing various measurement tools and techniques.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and eliminate production bottlenecks affecting product quality and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma certification.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing or construction setting.
  • Exhibits strong knowledge of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
