Role Purpose The Business Support Manager acts as the central coordination and control function for all commercial operations, ensuring consistency, discipline, and efficiency across sales processes, systems, and reporting.
The role is critical in enabling the sales organization to focus on customer engagement and revenue generation, while safeguarding commercial governance, pricing integrity, and operational alignment across all divisions and plants.
This role will be reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities Commercial Process Governance Ensure all quotations and commercial offers comply with company policies, including pricing guidelines, validity periods, and contractual clauses. Support the implementation and enforcement of commercial standards across all divisions and markets. Monitor adherence to approval matrices and escalation procedures
Pricing & Quotation Control Coordinate the preparation and validation of quotations across divisions. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all commercial proposals before submission to customers. Track quotation timelines and improve turnaround efficiency
ERP & Data Integrity Ensure proper use of ERP systems in all commercial activities. Monitor data accuracy, including pricing, validity dates, and customer information. Flag deviations and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Cross-Division Coordination Act as the central point of coordination between sales teams, plants, and support functions. Align inputs across divisions to ensure consistency in pricing, availability, and commercial terms. Support resolution of operational and commercial bottleneck
Reporting & Performance Tracking Consolidate and maintain sales pipeline reports across all divisions. Track key commercial indicators (pricing, margins, order status, etc). Support management with timely and accurate reporting for decision-making.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)100% compliance of quotations with commercial policies. Zero use of expired quotations without proper approval. Accuracy and completeness of ERP commercial data. Turnaround time for quotation preparation and validation. Timely and accurate delivery of commercial reports. Reduction in pricing inconsistencies and commercial deviations.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.5–8 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, or business coordination roles. Strong understanding of commercial processes, pricing structures, and contract management. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent preferred). High level of attention to detail and analytical capability.
