Role Description Lead the organization’s business growth strategy by identifying and developing new market opportunities Define and execute long-term business development plans aligned with company objectives and revenue targets Drive expansion into new markets, regions, and industry segments Build and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and key client relationships Oversee the full business development lifecycle including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure Lead high-value negotiations and complex commercial agreements Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform growth strategies Collaborate with executive leadership to shape corporate strategy and expansion initiatives Manage and develop the business development team, setting targets and performance KPIsReview sales pipelines, forecasts, and revenue performance across business units Identify opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments when applicable Ensure alignment between business development, marketing, product, and operations teams Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field8–15+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or strategic partnerships roles Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing high-value deals Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and commercial acumen Excellent leadership and team management experience Strong network-building and relationship management skills Experience in B2B environments, enterprise sales, or global markets preferred Ability to analyze complex market data and translate insights into actionable strategies Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities Experience working with senior executives and C-level stakeholders Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
