Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Officer to support and enhance the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems across Kanoo Group divisions in the UAE. The role will focus on maintaining ISO standards, ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and promoting a strong safety culture across all business units. Key Responsibilities Maintain and continuously improve QHSE systems across multiple divisions and locations in the UAEEnsure compliance and re-certification with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) Conduct internal audits and support external audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented Identify HSE risks, conduct hazard assessments (HIRA), and recommend mitigation measures Investigate incidents, accidents, and customer complaints, and implement preventive actions Develop and document processes, procedures, and system improvements Deliver QHSE training sessions to employees across different levels Support customer audits, feedback processes, and supplier pre-qualification requirements Monitor QHSE performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate with authorities when required Key Requirements2–3 years of experience in Quality and/or HSE roles Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) Experience in audits, risk assessment, and QHSE documentation Proficiency in MS Office and tools like Microsoft Visio Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business units Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Management, or related field Why Join Us?
