Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operate the boom loader efficiently to move materials with precision, ensuring minimal spillage and optimal load distribution.
  • Conduct regular pre-operation inspections to identify and rectify any mechanical issues, ensuring the safety and functionality of the equipment.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate work schedules and optimize workflow on construction or mining sites.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a hazard-free environment and promoting a safety-first culture on-site.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating boom loaders in construction or mining environments.

  • Valid operator’s license and certifications for heavy machinery operation, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

  • Proven ability to interpret engineering plans and site layouts, facilitating accurate material handling.
