Products: Industrial weighing scales, measuring instruments, instrumentation & process control, industrial automation, material handling & lifting equipment, Tools, POS, and CNC.
Location: Dubai International City - UAE

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Sales Engineer
Respond promptly and effectively to sales inquiries.
Conduct thorough inside and outside sales activities from initial contact to deal closure.
Work closely with the Product Development team to enhance existing products and develop new solutions.
Support Business Development efforts by contributing to outbound sales initiatives, assisting in lead generation, and managing client relationships effectively.
2. Sales Coordinator (Engineer)
Coordinate with the sales team and customers to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support
Manage CRM entries, follow-ups, and reporting using platforms like Odoo or Zoho CRM
Support order processing, invoicing, and basic supply chain coordination
3. Inside Sales Engineer (Executive)
Handle inside sales activities and provide support for external sales when needed
Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions
Maintain client relationships and support the sales cycle from inquiry to closing

1- Requirements / Sales Coordinator (Engineer):
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or support roles
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
A background in technical or industrial sectors is a strong advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English with a clear accent
Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Email, CRM)
2 - Requirements / Sales Engineer (Inside / outdoor):-
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in industrial or technical products)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience preparing quotations and handling B2B inquiries
Quick learner with the ability to understand technical products in a short time
Fluent in English with a clear accent
Proficient in computer and office applications
A valid UAE driving license is a plus
