Job description
We are establishing a new Executive Office in DIFC and are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary & Office Manager to support senior leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives
- Organize and maintain office systems, records, and documentation
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-functioning workspace
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
- Assist with event coordination and executive-level meetings
Skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, supporting senior executives
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in executive offices or with C-level management
- Additional languages are a plus
