Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:


Strategic HR Leadership:


  • Prepare annual HR budgets and develop short- and long-term HR strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Work closely with CEO, COO, and Deputy CEO on manpower planning and cost optimization.

  • Oversee the complete HR & Administration functions across office, site, and factory.


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for façade division including staff and site workforce.

  • Lead and coordinate interview panels for technical and non-technical positions.

  • Understand façade construction requirements and ensure hiring of suitable candidates.

  • Develop recruitment strategies, sourcing channels, and talent pipelines.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.


HR Operations & Administration:


  • Propose and implement organizational restructuring as per business requirements.

  • Review, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems.

  • Introduce and standardize HR/Admin forms, processes, and documentation.

  • Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and training initiatives.

  • Oversee compensation & benefits and overall administrative operations.

  • Recommend promotions and salary increments for management approval.


Employee Relations & Welfare:


  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.

  • Oversee employee welfare including health insurance, emergency support, and worker well-being.

  • Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies across all operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA in Human Resources or equivalent. Minimum 15–20 years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. Strong experience in construction/façade industry preferred. In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and compliance requirements. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
