We have an excellent job opportunity for the position of Legal Consultant for our Abu Dhabi office.

Responsibilities: -

• Reviewing and drafting software agreements, IT partnership agreements, IT Re-seller Agreements, Teaming agreements, NDA’s, legal notices, settlement and Discharge agreements, SLA’s and all relevant IT & AI related matters.
• Reviewing from legal perspective the RFP and making sure that it’s reflected in the concerned agreement.
• Negotiating with third-party cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or hardware vendors.
• Managing software licensing (Proprietary vs. Open Source), patent filings for new algorithms, and protecting trade secrets (source code).
• Drafting Labour agreements, purchase agreements, internal minutes of meeting records etc.

Skills

Required Experience: -

• At least 10 years of experience as a Legal Consultant in the IT field.
• Full knowledge of the European Union GDPR, PDPL, labour law, company law, civil transaction law of U.A.E
• Full knowledge of the IT Tendring process starting from the early bidding preparation until awarding the project.

Skills

• Fluent in Arabic & English mandatory (Read & write)
• PDF, Excel, Word, Basic IT Lite Excel.
