Roles & Responsibilities
Service, diagnose, and repair refrigeration/cooling units for trucks, LCVs, and trailers, including Carrier Transicold and other brands.
Accurately identify faults based on breakdowns or customer inputs and complete repairs within standard timeframes.
Work with diverse tools, materials, and technologies while maintaining high quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Operate independently under workshop supervision and contribute effectively as a team member.
Manage day-to-day workshop activities by supporting workflow optimization and maintaining service standards.
Ensure proper care and safe condition of personal tools, equipment, and materials.
Strictly comply with company safety rules, implement all safety instructions, support colleagues when required, and demonstrate commitment to company values and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification - Electro Mechanical / Automotive.
Experience – 1 to 3 years of experience.
Transport Refrigeration experience is a plus.
Proficient knowledge of electronics and transport refrigeration is certainly a serious asset.
