Key Responsibilities
Approach mall visitors confidently and initiate conversations
Invite potential customers into the store by presenting offers and collections
Create interest and curiosity about Mila Gold & Diamonds
Guide interested customers into the showroom and hand over to the sales team
Maintain professional grooming, body language, and brand representation
Track daily engagement numbers and walk-ins generated
Desired Candidate Profile
Mandatory Requirements
Female candidate
Fluent in Hindi and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, energetic, and comfortable approaching strangers
Well-groomed and presentable
Preferred Profile (High Priority)
Experience in mall promotions, retail engagement, or customer-facing roles
Candidates with strong experience interacting with South Asian customer segments
Additional language skills are a strong advantage
