Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years experience in scrap recycling industry

  • Experience in scrap handling, sorting, and segregation

  • Expertise in Production Planning and Scheduling

  • Ability to monitor and improve Plant productivity

  • Experience in handling Daily production targets

  • Strong knowledge of Industrial Machinery and tools used in Aluminum manufacturing

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for production principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability to changing production demands.
  • Excellent communication skills, ensuring clarity and transparency in all interactions with team members and stakeholders.
