Private Jet Charter Broker

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, driven Charter Broker who lives and breathes private aviation. You'll source aircraft, negotiate with operators, build client relationships, and own deals from first inquiry to wheels-up. If you get a kick out of pulling off a last-minute Gulfstream request at 2 AM and watching a client become a repeat flyer — this is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound charter requests and convert them into confirmed bookings
  • Source aircraft via Avinode and direct operator relationships across the GCC, Europe, Asia, and beyond
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with operators to maximize margin without compromising service
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNW clients, family offices, and corporate accounts
  • Manage every detail of the trip — catering, ground transport, permits, special requests
  • Be the calm, solution-oriented voice when things get complicated (because in this business, they will)
  • Hunt new business — proactively, not passively

What We're Looking For

  • Solid Avinode skills — you know your way around sourcing, quoting, and trip management without hand-holding
  • Previous experience as a charter broker or in private aviation sales (must-have)
  • Genuinely hungry — you want to close deals, earn well, and grow fast
  • 24/7 availability mindset — private aviation doesn't sleep, and neither do our clients' needs. You're comfortable taking a call on a Sunday night to save a deal
  • Excellent English communication; Arabic, Russian, German, French, or Mandarin is a serious plus
  • Sharp commercial instincts and the ability to read a client in two messages
  • Calm under pressure — last-minute changes don't rattle you, they energize you
  • Team player who thrives in a small, ambitious environment where everyone pulls their weight

Bonus Points

  • Existing book of clients or operator network
  • Knowledge of additional tools: Schedaero, Returnjet, CharterPad
  • Experience with GCC / MENA market
  • Background in luxury hospitality, yachting, or HNW-facing roles
