ob Title: Supervisor – E-Commerce Operations
Department: ECOM Operations
Location: Jebel Ali Warehouse, Dubai

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure efficient order fulfillment while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff including associates, drivers, and support teams

• Manage daily operations: shipping, receiving, inventory & order fulfillment

• Drive productivity, efficiency, and safety improvement initiatives

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations

• Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits

• Maintain warehouse 5S, cleanliness, and layout standards

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies

• Use Oracle WMS / SAP, Power BI, and reporting tools for tracking performance

• Provide operational support during staff shortages when required

• Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in warehouse / e-commerce operations

  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes (inventory, dispatch, receiving)

  • Hands-on experience with WMS/ERP systems (Oracle WMS / SAP)

  • Experience using handheld devices (PDT scanners)

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
