Key Result Areas
Design and deliver key customer acquisition targets via PPC + Search + for all banking products.
Manage customer journey from app downloads to account opening to funding.
Manage the sales team to stem drop offs and improve fulfillment efficiencies.
Work with Tech /Ops / Credit / Business / Compliance to improve customer experience and scale up acquisitions.
To work closely and generate new business with licensing authorities & CSPs.

The job holder will be operating within well-defined and demarcated business areas and is required to adhere to the policies and guidelines set out in the Bank’s Policy Manual.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Bachelor or MBA/ master’s degree in marketing or related field. Experience in Business Banking / e-commerce with focus on customer acquisition, Strategy, design, implementation etc. Track record in managing people.
