About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Manager based in Mumbai to lead cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership, strategic planning, and team building, with a strong focus on communication and decision-making to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to meet organizational goals
Lead, mentor, and coach cross-functional teams to drive performance and engagement
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Facilitate data-driven decision-making and risk management throughout project lifecycles
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture through effective communication and team-building activities
Coordinate with stakeholders to align resources and priorities with business objectives
Monitor key performance indicators and report progress to senior leadership
Required Qualifications:
5–10 years of experience in management or leadership roles
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Experience in team building, conflict resolution, and performance management
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Experience in Agile or other iterative delivery methodologies
Familiarity with the Mumbai market and local business environment
Multilingual skills (e.g., Marathi, Hindi, English)
