Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, a consultative approach to client engagement, and a proven ability to generate and close business opportunities. This role requires someone who thrives on building long-term client relationships and delivering tailored technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular engagement and consultations

  • Conduct pre-sales meetings to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals

  • Lead negotiations with clients and vendors to secure profitable deals

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management


Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills

  • Proven track record in IT sales and achieving sales targets

  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities

  • Strategic thinking with a consultative sales approach

  • Experience in selling IT solutions such as infrastructure, security, hardware, and projects

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field, providing a solid foundation in technology and sales principles.

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in IT sales or a related field, demonstrating proven success in meeting sales targets.(UAE market preferred)

  • Relevant certifications, such as ITIL or Cisco Sales Expert, to validate technical knowledge and sales expertise.

  • Experience in the technology sector is preferred, ensuring a deep understanding of IT products and services.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Customer-focused and result-oriented

  • Knowledge of Hindi and/or Arabic is an advantage

  • Valid UAE Driving License is a plus
