Roles & Responsibilities
To manage the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of fast-moving consumer goods while ensuring accurate inventory control and timely availability of stock.
Receive and inspect incoming goods against invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders
Ensure proper storage of products according to company standards (including temperature control where required)
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or warehouse management systems
Handle stock issuance and dispatch to sales, distribution, or retail channels
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving items
Implement FIFO/FEFO (First In First Out / First Expiry First Out) stock rotation practices
Conduct regular stock counts and cycle audits to maintain inventory accuracy
Identify and report damaged, expired, or near-expiry goods
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations
Prepare documentation such as GRNs, stock reports, and dispatch records
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the warehouse/store
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field (preferred)
6–10 years of experience in FMCG warehouse/store operations
Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Knowledge of inventory control and stock management techniques
Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting tools)

Work Environment:
Warehouse or distribution center setting
