Roles & Responsibilities

The 3D Visualizer creates high-quality photorealistic interior renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals that communicate design intent to clients, consultants, and project teams. This creative role bridges design concept and client approval through compelling visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce photorealistic 3D interior renderings for commercial, residential, and hospitality fit-out projects using 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent software.

• Create animated walkthroughs and fly-through presentations for client design approvals and marketing.

• Develop accurate 3D models from AutoCAD/Revit drawings, material schedules, and design briefs.

• Collaborate closely with Interior Designers to ensure renders accurately reflect design intent, material selections, and lighting schemes.

• Apply and manage material libraries, lighting setups, and post-production techniques in Photoshop.

• Revise visualisations quickly based on client and design team feedback.

• Prepare presentation boards, mood boards, and design packages for client meetings.

• Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, and visualisation techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Visual Communication.

• 3+ years of 3D visualisation experience in UAE/GCC interior design and fit-out environment.

• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max + V-Ray and/or Lumion (mandatory); Enscape experience is a plus.

• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign for post-production and presentation layout.

• Good understanding of interior design principles, materials, finishes, and lighting.

• Portfolio of high-quality interior visualisation work in UAE/GCC context required.
