Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate policies, economic data, and legislation to support decision-making

  • Contribute to strategic planning and program development

  • Draft recommendations and public policies

  • Monitor relevant laws and regulatory updates

  • Conduct benchmarking and comparative analysis

  • Assess risks and challenges and propose solutions to enhance institutional performance 

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Holds fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory, with excellent translation and interpretation skills.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of the political, social, and economic dynamics of the Arabic-speaking world.
  • Has proven experience in conducting policy research, analysis, and evaluation, including the use of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Displays excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable recommendations.
