Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise SQL Server databases and related database applications.

• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in T-SQL programming, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and query optimization, along with database design, normalization, and indexing for high-performance systems.

• Hands-on experience with MSSQL administration tasks such as backup/recovery, security, and performance monitoring is required.

• The role involves collaborating with backend developers, solution architects, and business analysts to implement efficient, secure, and scalable data solutions, integrating with systems like webMethods, Redis, PostgreSQL, and cloud storage (AWS S3).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, ETL processes, and enterprise best practices for data management is highly desirable.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to ensure reliable, maintainable, and high-performing database solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in database principles.
• Holds relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
• Has experience working in the financial services industry, understanding the unique data requirements and security protocols.
• Requires proficiency in English, enabling effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
