Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire fleet operation, ensuring optimal vehicle utilization, maintenance, and cost-effectiveness to maximize operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement fleet management strategies, policies, and procedures to align with company goals and industry best practices.
• Manage a team of fleet professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management to foster a high-performing team.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure favorable terms and ensure quality service delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vehicle downtime to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) or equivalent.
• Showcases proficiency in fleet management software, telematics systems, and data analysis tools.
• Possesses exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Displays a proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possesses fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
