Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and high‑performance technology platforms supporting Wealth Management, Trading, and Brokerage businesses in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership across wealth, trading, and brokerage systems

• Design and maintain platforms for order management, trade execution, portfolio management, and client servicing

• Drive architecture decisions, performance tuning, and system resilience

• Ensure regulatory compliance, security controls, and audit readiness

• Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with business, risk, and operations stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

Core Technical Skills

• Trading Systems: OMS, EMS, PMS, RMS, order lifecycle & trade settlement

• Market Connectivity: FIX protocol, exchange APIs, market data feeds

• Backend Technologies: Fullstack (Java, .NET, Python), Spring Boot, microservices architecture, fullstack.

• Data & Messaging: RDBMS, NoSQL databases, Kafka / messaging systems, caching

• Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

• Integration: REST APIs, event-driven and distributed systems

• Performance & Reliability: Low-latency design, scalability, high availability, production support

Domain Experience

• Strong understanding of wealth management, trading, and brokerage workflows

• Experience working in regulated financial services environments.
