We are seeking a dedicated Contracts Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing contract agreements within road construction projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery while collaborating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Review and manage contract documents and agreements related to road construction projects. - Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance and successful project execution. - Monitor project progress and resolve any contract-related issues or disputes. - Prepare reports on contract status and project milestones for senior management. - Ensure all work meets legal, safety, and quality standards as per project specifications. - Assist in the negotiation and finalization of contract terms and conditions. - Support procurement and tendering processes by providing contractual guidance.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Proven experience as a Contracts Engineer in the Roads, infra utilities industry. - Strong understanding of contract law, construction contracts, and project management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze complex documents and resolve disputes effectively. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards is highly desirable. - Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office suite.
